Agreement
These Terms of Use apply to your use of SpoolHoarder ("the App"), a 3D printer filament inventory management application.
For App Store downloads, your use of the App is governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), available at:

These Terms provide additional app-specific information. If these Terms conflict with Apple's Standard EULA for an App Store download, Apple's Standard EULA controls to the extent of the conflict.

Subscriptions
SpoolHoarder may offer an auto-renewable Pro subscription.
- Subscription title: SpoolHoarder Pro Annual
- Subscription length: 1 year
- Subscription price: shown in the App before purchase and confirmed by Apple at checkout
- Benefits may include Pro features, cloud sync access, and included AI scan credits, as described in the App
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.

If a free trial or promotional offer is available, unused trial time may be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where permitted by Apple policy.
AI Scan Credits and Consumable Purchases
SpoolHoarder may offer consumable AI scan credits. Credits are used for eligible cloud AI features, such as included cloud spool scanning or order import, when those features are available. Consumable purchases are processed by Apple or the applicable platform store.
Credits do not represent cash value, cannot be transferred, and may be subject to technical or account restrictions described in the App.
Use of the App
You are responsible for the data you enter, import, scan, or sync using the App. AI-powered features can make mistakes, and generated or extracted results should be reviewed before you rely on them.
You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to bypass subscription or credit controls, interfere with the App's services, or use the App for unlawful activity.
Availability and Changes
Some features depend on platform support, device permissions, network access, third-party services, subscription status, or backend availability. We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features as needed to maintain or improve the App.
No Warranty
The App is provided as described in Apple's Standard EULA and applicable law. SpoolHoarder is intended as a helpful inventory tool, but we do not guarantee that inventory data, AI extraction, cost estimates, sync results, or third-party catalog data will always be complete, accurate, or available.
